I have play what seems like all of the Road Rash games. My favorite has always been Road Rash 2 on Sega Genesis (and in many ways, it still is). That classic soundtrack and the split-screen 2 player is awesome. However, I dug out my old Sega Saturn and grabbed a copy of Road Rash for it.

Fighting games were amazing back in the 90's! Just that simple 1 vs 1 formula worked so well in the arcades. We didn't have to start fight on the street, we started fights on the arcade machines. The standard for fighting games at the time was either Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat. Button mashing punches at it's finest. Then this word came up in fight games named....COMBO!

Where did it all begin? The Arcades. Those large dark rooms with kids, mom's, dad's, businessmen, were pumping quarters into large machines so they could get the highest of high scores on that game. Arcade's are not as popular as they used to be, but they are still fun to go too. Chances are though, if you stumble into any arcade or fun center, you will find a Ms. Pac-Man machine somewhere in there.

Final Fantasy...what else is there to say? This series has been around what seems like forever. It has it's highs, and it's lows...most of those in my opinion is anything beyond Final Fantasy 10. Anyway, the Final Fantasy's on the PSX were amazing games! FF VII broke the mold, and FF IX was an amazing throwback to the old stylings. FF VIII though, is considered the 'black sheep' of that era. If you haven't figured it out yet, I am quite the fan of the Mega Man Series. Each one of them is awesome (the older ones that is). Like Mega Man X, the "X" series just seemed to be getting better and better. Super Nintendo was a platform that required perfection in it's games, which you don't see in games today. For another standard in platforming, look no further than Mega Man X2.

When you first cracked your new Super Nintendo system back in 1991, you were super excited for the greatness that is 16-bit! What is a bit? I have no clue, but the more the better! Mini golf is a pretty fun game. It has been forever since I have gone to a mini-golf course. Getting around the damn spinning windmill is always a biotch. You know what would amp up mini-golf though? Tornadoes, Spiky dudes, spinning floors, etc! You might not find these on your typical courses, but you will find them in Kirby's Dream Course.
