East Texas Chemistry Teacher Caught Selling Meth In A Junior High Parking Lot [FBHW]

William Duncan, 43, of Linden, Texas is charged with manufacturing and distribution of methamphetamine. According to police, the chemistry teacher was selling meth on school grounds for at least 5 months. Local police had been conducting an undercover operation, building evidence to make the arrest. Finally, on September 12th, the arrest was made. It was reported that Duncan was also using the drug himself to combat chronic pain. The school district placed Duncan on administrative release for the time being.
