Michigan Governor Whitmer has issued a proclamation declaring June 19 as Juneteenth Celebration Day in Michigan.

Rachel Canning, a New Jersey high school senior, is suing her parents for the remainder of her Catholic high school tuition as well as her college tuition after claiming she was kicked out of the house a few months ago. Her parents, however, say that Rachel ran away back in November after refusing to follow house rules.
