Duke won its fifth NCAA Division I men's basketball title on Monday night, getting 23 points from freshman guard Tyus Jones in a 68-63 win over Wisconsin in Indianapolis. College basketball's player of the year, Frank Kaminsky, led the Badgers with 21 points and 12 rebounds in the battle of No. 1 seeds at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The College Football Playoff Selection Committee this afternoon announced the inaugural College Football Playoffs field. Selection Sunday put Alabama versus Ohio State and Oregon versus Florida State, with the winners vying for the national championship.
