Some of the most BRUTAL bands in heavy metal are making their way to Grand Rapids this Fall. If you're looking for some intense heavy metal, look no further than Cannibal Corpse, Cattle Decapitation, and Soreption.

Foo Fighters fans are pretty darn awesome. (Being one, I can totally attest to that being true ;) ) Check out these 1,000 Foo Fighter superfans and musicians who came together for an impressive performance of  "Learn to Fly" to in an attempt to get the band to come play in their town of Cesena, Italy!

Thanks to everyone who signed up for the trip to Kentucky for the Louder Than Life Festival this October with GRD! We had tons of entries, and when we drew the name, it was James! He and his wife are heading to Kentucky for a fantastic festival, featuring Rob Zombie, ZZ Top, Godsmack, Shinedown, Slash, Seether, and Aranda, along with tons of other bands!

It's been some time since these guys have been to Grand Rapids, but that time has been increasingly shortened. Hollywood Undead returns to Grand Rapids this October!

The Orbit Room continues to keep rocking as more shows are being booked! These guys are no strangers to the Orbit Room, as they make their big return to Grand Rapids in October!

Against Me! rocked the Intersection last night! We had some lucky winners win on air and we got them in the doors before the show started! The band treated these winners to a 3 song set and some pics!

If you feel like makin' the trek to the east side of the state tomorrow night, you may be able to catch a band that doesn't head out on a lot of tours lately, if at all. At this time, there are only 2 U.S. dates, so see them when you can! Tomorrow for example.

Fans voted and voted a lot for Five Finger Death Punch & Papa Roach to come to Michigan. The initial announcement did not include any Michigan dates, and fans were disappointed. We can now wipe away the tears and FFDP listened, and are making their way to Mt. Pleasant on September 6!

Matt DiRito and Leigh Kakaty from Pop Evil debuted the band's new song "Footsteps" Monday on WGRD! On break from touring, the guys have been been back home in West Michigan for a few weeks and were awesome enough to stop by and let GRD be the first to share their new song with the world!
