Some people have entirely too much time on their hands. Take this guy, Jason B. He's a HUGE fan of Star Trek. I mean a HUUUUUUUUGE fan. He's gotten deep into recreating the starship Enterprise from The Next Generation in the new game engine Unreal 4. He's working on building all 42 decks, in proper scale, with all the detail he can find.

His mom keeps his energy up with microwaved Hot Pockets and Pizza Rolls, while he works on it in his attic room. (I assume, I could be making this up completely.)

It's called, unsurprisingly, the Enterprise 3D Project, and he's looking for some help. If he can get some, and maybe some money, he might even turn this into a game people can play.

Oh, but he hasn't gotten permission from CBS or the Star Trek people to do it for real, but I assume that's something he's working on?

Check out the video above, and Unreal 4 can help make some amazing sets, with incredible detail. There are cool videos people have made of hi-res versions of lo-res games you can also find in Unreal 4.
