Today on Segment 16, the guys talk about some crazy storms, fishing for giant salmon, and then check out a story about the people who are working on getting the Grand Rapids back to being actually rapid.

The people working on restoring the Grand Rapids to actually being rapids have hired a CEO, who recently finished the same project in Georgia. Grand Rapids Whitewater has hired Richard Bishop to run the project in GR, to restore the rapids from Ann St. to Fulton.

They claim that it's not just for tourism, or building a kayak and rafting park. It's about helping create a better environment for native fish and wildlife. Not money. At all. Money has nothing to do with this. What do you mean, they could make money once the rapids are up, and they build their kayak and rafting park?

Bite your tongue.
