Steel Panther have now weighed in on the Kanye West controversy at the Grammys, with a new song skewering the rapper for his antics. The comedic metal band has unleashed a one-minute song featuring vocalist Michael Starr comparing West's music to "hamster turds" and a "donkey fart."

To recap, Kanye West started to storm the stage when Beck won the award for Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards last Sunday night (Feb. 8). It initially seemed like he was poking fun of his own infamous incident at the MTV VMAs a few years back when he interrupted Taylor Swift.

However, West showed his true intentions when he trashed Beck in a post-Grammys interview, telling E! News, "Beck needs to respect artistry, he should have given his award to Beyoncé. At this point, we tired of it. What happens is, when you keep on diminishing art, and not respecting the craft, and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental feats of music, you’re disrespectful to inspiration.”

In the song, Steel Panther's Michael Starr echoes Paul Stanley's statement, when he sings, "Beck should kick you in the nuts with steel-toed boots to make it right." Starr also delivers such gems as, "Beck's music is some weird stuff / But you sound like a donkey fart."
