A video showing a Starbucks manager going completely at several customers over seemingly nothing was posted on Facebook a couple of days ago. I came across it today and just knew I needed to share it.

This lady is out of her mind.

The video starts with with the Manager (who we only know as "Melissa") demanding customer Ruby Chen hand her the cookie straw she was trying to puchase. Melissa then repeats the same things over and over.

When Chen asks to speak to a manager, Melissa goes even more crazy, yelling “YOU’RE TALKING TO IT!” and demanding that she leave.

Melissa then just starts shouting “BYE!” over and over, because that seems like something an adult who is a manager should do.

When another customer tries to get the manager to calm down and stop yelling, Melissa  turns on her and tells her to leave.

I get it, sometimes customers do things that probably warrant someone yelling at them (but, usually that doesn't happen because "the customer's always right"). But from everything we've seen in this case, it definitely was not deserved in this case.
