Springfield, Mass rock veterans Staind have revealed the title to their upcoming seventh studio album. The name of the record was probably a subject that the band spent a lot of time trying to decide. However, you might not get that impression once you find out the name of the new album is....Seven. Nothing wrong with keeping it simple and to the point. Frontman Aaron Lewis and guitarist Mike Mushok stopped by the GRD table at Rock On The Range to talk about the upcoming disc.

Speaking about the new record, Mushok said that Seven is the heavy album that Staind have wanted to make for awhile now.

"It's completely different than the last record (2008's The Illusion of Progress)," explaned Mushok. "It's more of a throwback to where we came from. You know, Dysfunction, Tormented albums."

While Staind do not have an exact release date for Seven, Lewis said it should be out this fall. Watch the rest of the interview below.
