Just when you thought Slipknot was slowing down -- or you didn't.

You know what? Slipknot doesn't really ever slow down.

Slipknot will be making its way to the Van Andel Arena on May 16, but the band won't be out of state for long.

Slipknot plans to return to Michigan a couple months later during the summer with Lamb of God, Bullet for My Valentine and Motionless in White as part of the Summer's Last Stand Tour.

This awesome lineup will be hitting DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston on July 28!

Tickets go on sale on Friday (Jan. 30) to the general public. However, if you are a Slipknot Fan Club member, there is a pre-sale going on for members.

When Slipknot released its latest album ".5 The Gray Chapter," there was no stopping the machine.'

Lamb of God is quite the surprise, though, because lead vocalist Randy Blythe recently said he didn't want to think about the band for a while.

I guess he was just joking around on that. How could you refuse a tour with a lineup like this, though?

It's always possible that we'll get some free tickets to this show. So, stick with 97.9 WGRD just in case because GRD rocks!
