Sleazy Scammers Everywhere – FBHW Segment 16

Today on Segment 16, the guys take a look at a couple of stories involving sleazy scams. One that cheated a woman of her savings for a place to live, and another of thousands of dollars in savings on a fake kidnapping!

WOOD TV has the story about Teresa Johnson getting scammed out of her savings, when a sleazy bastard posted a listing for renting a home that he didn't own. She sent him the money, and then went by the home, only to find the REAL owner living there.

Don't get stuff off Craigslist. Just sayin.

Then, the guys go back to a story Free Beer heard about on Glenn Beck, where a woman was scammed into thinking her daughter had been kidnapped, and sent $10,000 in ransom before finding out her daughter was safe on a field trip.

These bastards terrorized her, making her drive around sending money, threatening to kill her daughter.
