This summer is about to get quite evil as metal giants Slayer and Rob Zombie are teaming up to tour North America.  The 12-date road trip, appropriately called "Hell On Earth", will be the first time the bands have hit the road together in over a decade.

"We haven't toured with Zombie since Ozzfest 1999, so you can expect no less than 'hell on earth,'" said Slayer's Kerry King. "Total sonic annihilation and a visual bludgeoning. Bring your own body bag..."

Tasty.

Zombie adds: "Total destruction on stage and off is what this combination promises. Seriously, how much more Hell could you ask for? The answer is none more Hell."  Well said Mr. Zombie.

"Hell On Earth" launches July 20 in Reading, PA and will stop by the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston July 22.  You can view all the dates below.  Tickets go on sale Friday, April 1, at 10am at Ticketmaster.

Are you jacked to see Slayer and Rob Zombie?  Can you handle both of them all in one night?  Can I ask one more pointless question since I know you're going?
