It looks like a Portal of Power synonymous with the Skylanders series has opened up at the house of Ronald McDonald.

Thanks to Polygon, we know that Activision has partnered up with McDonald's in order to bring about eight exclusive Skylanders figures to the fast food franchise's Happy Meals. These toys will be available for one week, starting this Friday, running from March 28 to April 4. We honestly hope you guys don't have any children who intend to collect all eight, because eight trips to McDonald's in one week is a bit much, especially for a child.

Nevertheless, the characters bring brought to the golden arches include Chompy, Eruptor, Free Ranger, Freeze Blade, Magna Charge, Rattle Shake, Wash Buckler and Prism Break. Since these are McDonald's Happy Meal toys, do not expect that any of these figures would be compatible with the actual Skylanders game series.

Those who purchase a Skylanders Happy Meal will receive a coupon for $10 off a Swap Force Starter Pack and another coupon for $1 off a Skylanders figure.
