Device is set to release their debut album on April 9th. The group features David Draiman of Disturbed and guitarist Geno Lenardo of Filter. I recently had a chance to speak with David about the new album which includes appearances by Geezer Butler, Glenn Hughes, Serj Tankian, Tom Morello, M. Shadows and Lzzy Hale.

I also asked him about the future of Disturbed.

"There definitely is a future for Disturbed.  This is a just a sleeping giant...not dead.  The world needed a break from Disturbed."  - David Draiman

We also talked about their cover of the Lita Ford & Ozzy Osbourne 1988 classic "Close My Eyes Forever" featuring Lzzy Hale.
