Grand Rapids continues to expand when it comes to yummy food!

The Grand Rapids Business Journal reports that a married couple from West Michigan are opening Grain Sandwich Shop on Saturday, October 7th.

Everything to make their sandwiches will be Michigan-made from local vendors including Michigan products such as Nantucket desserts and Great Lakes potato chips.

You can see the menu here which includes 8 different sandwiches and a couple homemade sides. My stomach is already yearning for the BLT! Yum!! You can get a sneak peek of some of the sandwiches below.

While the sandwiches are marked at $8, all sandwiches will be $5 to anyone who stops in on Saturday to celebrate the grand opening. The event page says they will also give customers a coupon for a return visit.

Grain Sandwich Shop will be located on GR's west side at 812 Butterworth St. Their website indicates that they will also offer catering once opened. Their store hours will be 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
