Wikipedia defines road rage as aggressive or angry behavior by a driver of an automobile or other motor vehicle.  Such behavior might include rude gestures, verbal insults, deliberately driving in an unsafe or threatening manner, or making threats.

I think it's safe to say anybody who drives has experienced at least some form of road rage in their life whether mild or severe.

The following is a video from Russia captured by a passenger in a car targeted by a road raging motorist.  It is not known what caused the man's rage, but something clearly happened before filming began.

Watch as the road rager blocks the road, gets out of his car and attacks the driver of the other car.  By the end of this video you'll see that the aggressor clearly bit off more than he could chew.
