Rocktagon – Alter Bridge VS Pearl Jam

Alter Bridge continue their winning streak in the Rocktagon, claiming victory number eleven against Linkin Park and Steve Aoki. They now take on grunge icons Pearl Jam in tonight's (September 19) battle.

Alter Bridge will not be stopped in their quest to make their fourth studio album, Fortress, the top selling record when it comes out October 8. "Back in January of this year Mark and I decided to reconvene and start putting together this fourth Alter Bridge record, and . . . it was great," singer Myles Kennedy told Classic Rock Magazine (via Alternative Addiction).

Pearl Jam's forthcoming tenth studio album, entitled Lightning Bolt, is one of the most highly anticipated discs to be released this year. The Seattle, Wash. legends will embark on a fall tour October 11 in Pittsburgh, Penn. and will end in their hometown December 6 at the Key Arena. Unfortunately there is not a Michigan date in the schedule.
