Rockford Kicker Quinn Nordin Commits to the University of Michigan

Last summer, Rockford kicker Quinn Nordin caught national attention when he committed to Penn State via a pretty elaborate video that involved a private plane.

But, the University of Michigan and coach Jim Harbaugh have now landed the country's No. 1-ranked kicker.

Surrounded by family and friends this morning at his home in Belmont, Nordin announced that he will be attending the University of Michigan. Nordin has said that he expects to compete with fifth-year senior Kenny Allen for the kicking job this fall.
