Rob Zombie has nothing but good words for new drummer Ginger Fish, who replaced previous stickman Joey Jordison. Fish was Marilyn Manson's drummer before joining Zombie's band this past February, who was with the shock rocker since 1995.

Speaking to The Pulse of Radio (via BLABBERMOUTH), Zombie tried explaining the difference in styles between Jordison and Fish.

"It's hard to describe how they're different," he said. "I mean, you know, Joey's a very, like, more of a power drummer I would say, you know, just a more bombastic sort of drummer, and Ginger's more of a, kind of like a groove-style drummer. It's kind of funny 'cause as with anything, either style seems to work really well with our music, so it's good."

Jordison left Zombie's group in February to tour with his side project MURDERDOLLS in the U.K. this past February. The drummer returned to the fold for some U.K. dates before departing again to concentrate on his original band Slipknot.

Rob Zombie will hit the road to co-headline the Hell On Earth tour with Slayer in the U.S. this summer. The trek still stop by the DTE Energy Music Energy Theatre July 22.
