RIP Sherman Hemsley

Sherman Hemsley has died at the age of 74.  He was found dead in his El Paso, Texas home and police do not suspect foul play.

Hemsley rose to fame playing the role of George Jefferson, first on "All In The Family" as Archie Bunker's neighbor and then as the star of "The Jeffersons."

I read that Hemsley never married and had no kids and wonder if I'm heading down that same path.

I'm 34 now and before you know it, I'll be an old man.

Will I die alone?

Are they gonna find me dead on my couch in a pair of basketball shorts and a dirty t-shirt with a face that hasn't seen a razor in a week or two?

My dog would have to eat me in order to survive.

That's so sad to think about.

I wonder if now would be a good time to invest in hair plugs or purchase a sports car?

Oh well, rest in peace Sherman Hemsley.  In my opinion there's Archie Bunker, Fred Sanford and George Jefferson in one category...and everybody else in the other.
