25,000 zip-up hoodie kids sweatshirts are being recalled by Meijer due to a choking hazard.

The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the recall is the Falls Creek Kids brand which comes in five different styles (shown below) and affects the following sizes: 12M, 18M, 24M, 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T.

The recall comes after a report made to Meijer that the zipper pull came loose and detached from the sweatshirt, posing a choking hazard. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported but Meijer is taking precautionary measures.

The hoodies were sold at Meijer stores nationwide from June 2018 to October 2018. People can return them for a full refund.
