You wouldn't think that something like this would need to be an actual law, but it does. A proposed bill in Alabama (which cleared the Senate already) would require teachers to go through a training program to prevent them from having sex with students.

Yes, this is real. Teachers apparently need to go through training to learn that they aren't allowed to bang their students. Who are minors. Which makes it illegal anyway.

What kind of world are we living in that makes it necessary to tell adults that it's not okay to touch kids. Sure, sometimes those kids are teens and sometimes they're technically legal, but as an educator shouldn't you know better?
