Play Mini-Golf, Eat & Drink All for a Good Cause!
Yes, golf in February but you won't have to worry about freezing your butt off since you'll be playing indoors. But that's besides the point. Point is you get to have fun on a Friday night and it all goes towards a good cause.
An 18-miniature golf course will be set up inside the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Grand Rapids on Friday, February 3rd for the Inside Outing event. You'll play mini golf the same way you would on any other course. Hungry? Thirsty? Of course you are! Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. Just make sure you don't let the alcohol affect your swing ;)
Plus, there are opportunities to win some really cool prizes, including tickets to the Winter Beer Festival and an overnight stay at the Courtyard. Also, there will be a silent auction throughout the evening.
All of the money raised goes towards the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan (DSAWM). The organization is a non-profit that is a center for resource, support and raises awareness on Down Syndrome. They serve 12 counties in West Michigan.
A big shout out to Godwin Plumbing Services for sponsoring the event and Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome (DADS) for organizing it.
