California rockers Papa Roach have canceled their Grand Rapids appearance tonight (August 21) at the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival, part of Rock The Rapids in downtown Grand Rapids. They will be replaced by nu-metal outfit P.O.D., who join Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind and Adelitas Way.

No specific reason was given for Papa Roach's decision to cancel their performance tonight. The press release only stated a vague "due to unforeseen circumstances" as the explanation. The band are promoting the forthcoming October 2 release of their seventh studio album, The Connection.

P.O.D. are currently touring in support of their latest album, Murdered Love, which was released last month. Check out the music video for their newest single, "Lost In Forever," below.
