Last night was fantastic in Salt Lake City! There were some little road bumps in sound and production as usual, but nothing team Wayland couldn't overcome. For those instances we have a secret weapon, his name is Chip! Haha! We had a fantastic turn out and the local bands were great to work with! I was so tired by the time I got into my bunk at the end of the night.

Dean drove us 2 hours to Logan Utah last night. We are staying with some great people, the Lewis family, who we met last time we were in town. They've been amazing hosts already. I stumbled into their house at 3:30am to find a bed and was the first one up at 8:30.

Everyone else slept in until 11! I know Mitch is going to read this later and feel like a total loser for missing out on almost 3 crucial hours of the day. I feel bad for him actually.  .  . ( haha I'm just busting his balls. I'm actually jealous, and wish I could've slept longer). He and I usually get up around the same time

We're working on routing for May and June over the next few days, which is really exciting. We're loading in at 3 today, playing the show, and then driving 8 hours over night to Denver. We have a few days off until Thursday, so Tyler and I are flying home to see our families, while Mitch, Dean and Chip stay in beautiful Denver for a few days off. This past week or so has been a blast, but we're ready for the 3 day recharge.

Mitch and I are about to sit down and jam a bit now. I'll write my next tour log from the Denver airport tomorrow!
