Of Mice and Men Unveils Music Video for New Song ‘Broken Generation’ [Video]

It sucks that since Chester Bennington screwed up his leg, not only Linkin Park but also Rise Against and Of Mice and Men had to cancel their Feb. 4 show at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.

Maybe they'll plan another stop in Grand Rapids?

Until then, here's some new music from Of Mice and Men -- along with their just-premiered music video.

The video for "Broken Generation" just debuted at Billboard.

It's got a "The Matrix" vibe to it, making a commentary on how "plugged in" humans are.

Drummer Tino Arteaga told Billboard:

The video is a metaphor for the current state of the Internet/technology-obsessed generation. As technology advances, life is lived out through LED screens instead of looking at the beauty in the world around us. This generation needs to begin taking action and 'unplug' instead of mindlessly entering data into computers."

"Broken Generation" will be on the reissue of Of Mice and Men's third studio album "Restoring Force: Full Circle," which comes out Feb. 24

Of Mice and Men are set to tour in Austrailia, then parts of Europe, returning to U.S. for Rock the Range in Columbus, Ohio, which runs May 15 to 17.
