Two contestants on the newest season of "The Amazing Race" are from Northern Michigan.

Dating couple Rochelle Nevedal and Michael Dombrowski from Kalkaska will be taking part this season.

In their "meet the cast" video, Rochelle and Michael talk about how they met, but also living in a small, Northern Michigan town.

Rochelle is an engineer who also runs a roller derby league, and Michael works at a truck stop owned by his parents, but also works as a pro wrestling promoter. They couple says that they balance eachother out as far as strengths and weaknesses go. Michael is very good at talking to people and has almost no fear, Rochelle is very good with technical things and reading maps.

"The Amazing Race" takes teams of people and sends them on challenges all over the world. This year, in addition to teams of people who already know each other, there will be five teams of "blind date" pairs that were put together by the producers of the show.

"The Amazing Race Season 26" will premiere at 9:30 p.m. EST Feb. 25 on CBS. The show will then move to its regular time slot on Friday, Feb. 27, at 8 p.m. EST.
