Nintendo President Satoru Iwata Passes Away at Age 55 [Video]

Well, it's not everyday that I wake up to news like this!

Beloved Nintendo president Satoru Iwata passed away at age 55.

It was pretty shocking news to say the least! I have been watching Nintendo Direct for years now, and I will say that is the first time that I ever say Satoru Iwata! Heck, even over the years I have always tried to make my friends laugh by impersonating him.

It was pretty easy, even though my friends only gained a chuckle because of such an obscure reference.

Either way, the president has passed...and that is a total bummer. He seemed like such a nice guy! He passed away from colon cancer it looks like, which he had been battling for years apparently.

RIP Good President. Thanks for focusing on what video games are supposed to be, and that is fun.
