You might look at this headline and think "Yeah, that's what 'beer goggles' are."

However, this beer claims to actually make the person consuming it more attractive, not just get them drunk so other people start to look better.

Japan- based Suntory Holdings Limited has launched a beer called "Precious" that contains 2 grams of collagen. Collage is a type of protein found in skin that provides firmness and texture. It's used in beauty products and also injected into the skin with the promise of making one look younger.

Hmmm. I mean,  I know sunscreen is good for the skin... but that doesn't mean I want to drink it.

According to Forbes, experts say alcohol in the product would negate any benefit from the collagen, and that applying collagen to the skin is more effective than consuming it.

Oh, and when asked Suntory Holdings Limited couldn’t vouch for the beer’s anti-aging effects.

So yeah... It's bogus.

This beer isn't going to make you look younger/ better. Well, maybe if you drink copious amounts and then look in the mirror. Selfie-beer-goggles? Is that a thing?
