Talk about a lucky little girl. This 7 year old was playing and dancing on a third story window ledge when the unthinkable happened, she fell. If you read the actual story the girl suffers from Autism and she slipped out onto the ledge. Luckily, neighbors were on the scene and this amazing moment was captured on video.
