MUTEMATH have unleashed the music video for their latest single, "Allies", which is off their album Odd Soul. The clip features the band performing in front of a live crowd and in typical MUTEMATH fashion (longtime fans will get the pun), features a massive light show.

"Allies" starts off with the New Orleans group getting ready for the upcoming show. MUTEMATH spared no expense with their stage production as walls of bright lights and confetti engulf the entire venue. Lead singer Paul Meany even takes a plunge on a lit up inflatable and crowd surfs. I love the high energy that MUTEMATH bring to the video. As with the rest of the songs off Odd Soul, "Allies" incorporates the band's recent blues direction.

MUTEMATH are currently on the road for the "Odd Soul Tour". They will perform at The Intersection in downtown Grand Rapids on March 1. Tickets are $20 in advance and are on sale at The Intersection box office and SectionLive.com. Watch the video for "Allies" in its entirety below for a sneak peek at what you can expect at the show. I saw them live when they came to Grand Rapids two years ago and I plan on seeing them again next month.
