Police are investigating after more than 40 vehicles were vandalized on Grand Rapids northwest side early Monday.

Wood TV 8 reports that the damage occurred between midnight and 5a.m. in the area of Pine Avenue and 4th Street. 

Police say most of the vehicles had broken windows, which appeared to be shot out with a BB gun.

No property was reported stolen from the vehicles.

Whoever is responsible for the vandalism could face felony charges.
