Mom Arrested After Hiring Strippers For Son’s 16th Birthday Party

33-year-old Judy Vigar is facing five years in prison after being charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child for hiring two strippers to perform at her son's 16th birthday party.

The party took place in a private room at Spare Time Bowling Alley in New York. The strippers did not get naked but did undress to their bras and panties to give lap dances to the birthday boy and his friends, some of which were as young as 15.
