A Michigan man is making headlines this morning after he was stabbed by his father-in-law. While that might not seem so newsworthy, the circumstances surrounding the stabbing definitely are.

A 25-year-old Oakland County man returned home early Saturday morning to find his wife passed out naked in bed with another man - her own father.

The man then reportedly woke his father-in-law up and the two got into a fight.

The fight continued outside of the home, and that is when police say that the older man, Henry Allen Michael of Detroit, pulled out a knife and stabbed his son-in-law in the back.

The older man then stole the younger one's vehicle and fled the scene.

The victim was taken to McLaren Hospital with a non-life threatening stab wound, and police were called to the hospital. The victim was interviewed at the hospital while being treated for his injuries.

The 24-year-old woman told police that she had been out drinking with her father and passed out upon arriving home. She was unaware of what had happened until her husband woke her up. She claimed that she had reason to believe that she had been sexually assaulted and was examined at the hospital before being transported to another facility for further examination. She was then taken to a family member's home.

Michael, who had been staying with the couple after being recently released from prison, was later arrested.
