Today on Segment 16, the guys check out a story about a Michigan man who's been misidentified as a criminal. Keith Todd appeared on MSNBC as criminal Todd Keith.

The TV network claims the police gave them the wrong photo, but the guy is suing the network, the police, and the limo company. The limo company had nothing to do with the report, they just happened to have owned the limo the actual criminal jumped into at one point while trying to escape.

This guy Keith Todd has racked up a ton of attorney fees, and the case has gone all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court, but they want nothing to do with it. It seems like his case is a little out of control.

How has the misidentification really affected his life? Why is he suing the limo company? What is the goal of this lawsuit, really?
