Metalhead Ned Throwback Thursday: Skydeck Challenge

I was never had a problem with heights, until I decided to visit the Skydeck at Willis (former Sears) tower in Chicago, IL.

Have you ever stood on that thing?!

My wife and I traveled to Chicago one year and went up the tower to visit the Skydeck and overlook Chicago. It's something that touristy people do.

I have visited the tower plenty of times in my youth. However, this was the first time they had the Skydeck. It's where you stand on a thick piece of glass that juts out from the tower. So it looks like your are standing on nothing!

I don't know what happened, but I freaked out and couldn't be on Skydeck for long. Ever since then, I have had plenty of trouble with heights...

Stupid Skydeck...
