Metalhead Ned Rockin’ Weekends As ‘Loudwire Nights with Full Metal Jackie’ Powers Up

Hey guys, it's Metalhead Ned. Lots of awesome stuff is always happening at 97.9, 'GRD Rocks!

When I first started at WGRD as a DJ, I rocked so damn early in the morning on Sunday that most people didn't even knew I existed. I chatted about metal music,video games, concerts, people who do stupid stuff and more.

Then, I took over weeknights from 7 p.m. to midnight.

I am beat! I'm gonna head back to the weekends, and let Full Metal Jackie take over with the new "Loudwire Nights!"

So what does this mean?

In a nutshell, Metalhead Ned, me, will move back to the weekends; and pass the torch to Full Metal Jackie weeknights from 7 p.m. to midnight for her new show, "Loudwire Nights with Full Metal Jackie!"

What about Full Metal Jackie's metal show on Sunday nights?

No worries there, man. She will still be doing her weekly metal show from 10 p.m. to midnight Sundays on WGRD!

Don't worry my good friends. I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I am still here on WGRD. I'm just heading back to the weekends.

So, when you are out partying on your deck this summer or are needing some tunes to jam to while playing some old-school NES, I have that handled for you!
