Zachary Snoeyink is accusing Zach Sweers of invasion of privacy and slander.

Snoeyink is one of seven men now accused of accosting a minor for immoral purposes after being lured to a meeting by Sweers.

Snoeyink's lawsuit states that Sweers originally said that he was an adult, but just before meeting told Snoeyink that he was actually a 15-year-old girl. Snoeyink says that he went through with the meeting anyway, in order to warn the girl that her behavior was dangerous.

Ross Plont, Snoeyink's attorney, told WZZM-13 that the video of Sweers' encounter with Snoeyink has been viewed more than 700,000 times. He says his client now has to wear a disguise in order to leave his house.

Police have since asked Sweers to stop doing stings like the ones he has posted videos of on his YouTube channel, stating that it's dangerous for someone not in law enforcement to conduct such operations. They've also stated that they will not be prosecuting future cases based on Sweers' videos.

Over the weekend, Sweers posted a new video, talking about what he will be doing moving forward, and also slammed the media for their coverage of the story.
