Got a tweet from the Kid Rock camp announcing a Fall tour.  This one will be on a smaller scale as Kid plans on hitting smaller venues and clubs around the country to promote some charitable causes in each city he visits. So, if you are a fan of Kid Rock lyrics and rock and roll... be sure to check out these dates.

Apparently Mr. Rock came up with the idea for this tour to coincide with the launch of his new single "Care," from the album "Born Free. Here's a quote:

"The song says 'the least that I can do is Care' - and I want to put my money where my mouth is. Everyone knows that Detroit is hurting. But I want to show that even though we don't have a lot on our own plate, it doesn't mean the people of my hometown don't have compassion to share with others all over the country. At the end of the day we're all Detroit, we're one country, one family".

Not many artist put their money where their mouth is so a lot of cred goes out to Kid and hell, since I'm in such a good mood with the state of Michigan lately (thank you Lions & Tigers) huge thanks to you Kid Rock.  Thank you for keeping it real and remembering your roots.
