Unless you're super-anti clutter of any kind, you've probably got a stack of old mail lying around. I do. I keep it on the top of the entertainment center, after taking out the important stuff, because I'm too lazy to sort it.

Eventually I look at it and wonder, "What is this garbage from 3 months ago doing here?" Then I throw it out. It's a system, you see. If you've got similar pile, might be a good idea to look through it before chucking it.

A women in Kentwood has discovered a $1 million lottery ticket in an old pile of mail, Fox 17 reports.

Linda Tuttle was visiting a T&J Party Store on Stauffer SE when the clerk told her someone had won $1 million with a ticket purchased at the store.

Tuttle went to her home to look for the ticket, checking an old pile of mail. And there it was! Tuttle found the winning ticket, matching the numbers in the May 26 Mega Millions drawing: 01-39-52-69-72.

Tuttle claimed her winnings Tuesday in Lansing.
