Kentucky Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Frozen’s Queen Elsa [Video]

A Facebook post from Harlan City Police Department in Kentucky has gone viral.

Facing freezing temperatures and other wintry conditions, the police issued an "all points bulletin" calling for the arrest of Elsa, the Snow Queen. 

On Wednesday, police in the snow-battered town posted the following to Facebook:

The Harlan Police say they are glad that the attention has brought awareness to their attempt to inform the public about the dangers of the cold weather.

They posted another message that, all kidding aside, residents should take the weather seriously and be careful.
