At a press conference on Friday, Kathy Griffin once again apologized for that photo where she's holding President Trump's bloody, decapitated head.  She cried a few times, like when she was asked how she felt when her friend Anderson Cooper condemned the picture.

At times she seemed wounded, like when she said, "I don't think I will have a career after this.  He broke me.  He broke me."  But she was more often defiant, vowing to fight back against Trump and his family.  "What's happening to me has never happened ever, in the history of this great country...which is that a sitting President of the United States and his grown children and the first lady are personally, I feel, trying to ruin my life forever.  You guys know him, he's not going to stop."

Griffin also revealed that she's getting death threats.  "The threats that I am getting are...detailed and they are specific.  And today it's me.  Tomorrow it could be you."

Griffin's attorney alleged sexism, pointing out that Trump has been "killed" by male artists without any backlash, including GWAR.  But she obviously wasn't familiar with them, because instead of pronouncing the name "GWAR", she spelled it out:  "G-W-A-R."  And yes, GWAR has been proudly decapitating presidents for years.

Griffin said, "This is a woman thing.  I'm sorry if you don't agree with that but I live with it.  I've been living with this my entire career."

There probably won't be any more decapitated heads, but Kathy isn't done going after the president.  She said, "I'm not afraid of Donald Trump, he's a bully."
