Two Kalamazoo Public Safety officers helping a man in wheelchair with yardwork caught the attention of neighbors and now is being shared on social media.

Wood TV-8 reports that when Kalamazoo Public Safety officer Joe Huston noticed a man attempting to mow his lawn in a wheelchair, he stepped right in and took over.

Huston's partner, Officer John Khillah, showed up shortly after with supplies: He brought a push mower, weed trimmer, and leaf blower from the Kalamazoo Public Safety Station.

"Huge Downtown Kalamazoo Cops shout-out to our Zone 2 partners: PSO Joe Hutson discovered a man attempting to mow his lawn in a wheelchair. Joe takes over the mowing and soon his partner, PSO John Khillah arrives with the push mower, weed trimmer, and leaf blower from Public Safety Station #2. The gentleman’s entire lawn was manicured to perfection. Many citizens stopped to view the kindness and compassion these officers displayed in helping a fellow citizen."
