Joe’s London Trip Day 4,Two and a Half Men + More – April 29 FBHW Show Recap

Hour 1
We started the show talking about some event that is going on in England today. It’s all very vague, but there is a lot of people there. NBC is developing a new show based on a 1990s book and movie. That will probably take right off and be a major smash.
Hour 2
We started off the hour by checking in with Joe and trying to force him to yell at a respectful, somber crowd. Nobody could believe why he was so hesitant to do it. Apparently, Two and a Half Men is still trying to replace Charlie Sheen. Not a great idea. We finished the hour by replaying the Lewis Black interview from earlier this week

Hour 3
We checked in with Joe again, this time away from the crowd and away from his fear of getting murdered. In the Free Beer and Hot Wings Report, we talked about a news story where a guy walked into a Walmart dressed totally as a cow and grabs some milk. Seems standard at a Walmart. We took calls from listeners about their secrets they never want their significant other to find out. Always some big hitters with that segment!

Hour 4
As per usual, we checked in with Joe at the top of the hour. Joe tried to tell us there was nothing going on and there was zero activity even though the TV screen showed us there were thousands of people in the streets. We played a couple clips from the NFL Draft last night, including Roger Goodell being booed and Mark Ingram crying to ESPN. You can see that video in the video reel. We had the second ever Ask Dr. Sex segment where we took questions related to sex. As usual, we gave out pertinent and life-changing advice.

Hour 5
We had to replay some audio of Joe earlier this morning to revel in how scared he was to interrupt the crowd during a somber portion of the Royal Wedding. In the newest adorable segment on the show, we talked about a new video on the website of an adorable baby duck following an adorable puppy around. Try not to have your heart melt while watching it in the Video Reel! We finished with a final check-in with the British Invasion before they head stateside this weekend.
