Is Your Impersonation as Bad as Johnnie’s Accidental Optimus Prime?

Godsmack's "I Stand Alone" was on the radio during my show a little while ago, and I was sitting in the studio, singing along ... or should I say, trying to sing along, when I noticed that my Sully Erna voice isn't so much Sully Erna, as it is Optimus Prime.

How did I get that far off the mark?

I'm not sure. But for some reason, whenever I try to do vocals like Sully's, my voice goes into Optimus mode. It's freaking weird.

That got me thinking ... when you're singing along with something, or trying to impersonate someone's voice ... what do you actually sound like?  

Are you close, or is it as far off as my Sully voice?
