No no, they're blasting uncensored Rage Against the Machine's "Killing in the Name" while kids, parents, and happy couples skate on. 

No one seems the least bit phased by all the the F bombs. Guess they're all just skating in the name of.

YouTube user Fweng posted the video YouTube and Reddit saying,

 I recorded this in Brugge on Saturday 12th December 2015. I was amused to hear 'Killing in the name of' kick in after the generic Xmas tunes, and started recording when it looked like they weren't going to fade the song out any time soon."

One YouTuber commenter says, "Luckily, it's in a different language"... to which someone responds, "Pretty sure everyone knows what F*** means."
