Over the weekend, rapper Ice Cube kept the Wrigley Field tradition going of a celebrity leading the stadium full of baseball fans in singing Take Me Out to the Ballgame during the Seventh Inning Stretch.

Cube isn’t the first rapper to be criticized for how bad his voice sounded during the song, but damn, this was kinda rough.

Any rapper worth his weight in salt knows how to hype an audience, and in that case, we say Ice Cube succeeded. It’s definitely not the worst singing we’ve ever heard, bless his heart.  Is this one tradition that needs to be retired?
