For the past couple years, the West Michigan Whitecaps have been serving a record breaking burger. This thing is huge and is packed with a calorie count that could rival the National Deficit. I have always been intimidated by it and wanted to taste it, but never wanted to eat the WHOLE THING and go for the challenge. Finally! After a few years, I can finally say I tried it...how was it?

By this time, many people have tried this burger and know what it taste like. Here is the list of ingredients if you are curious.

Five 13-pound burger patties and topped with American cheese, nacho cheese sauce, chili, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips, all stuffed inside an eight-inch sesame seed bun.

Impressive right? Looking at all of the ingredients, it looks like a disaster. However, I got it with 3 other people and we all took one quarter. What was the final verdict?

Surprisingly, very good! The sour cream is what really brought out the flavor as it clashed with all of the other ingredients of this fine burger. Would I eat the entire thing? I bet I could, but I don't really know how I feel knowing that I consumed that many calories. I am trying to lose weight (although I really am not doing very well at it..), so eating this fine burger in it's entirety, would be quite the bombshell. I will say though, the only thing giving you trouble with the challenge would be the bun, as it is quite thick.
