GRD-approved Halestorm are ready to unleash their sophomore album, The Strange Case of..., on April 10. The group have released the music video for their new single "Love Bites (So Do I)". Frontwoman Lzzy Hale grabs you by the balls (she says so in the song) and doesn't let go for three minutes of pure rock ecstasy.

Halestorm unveiled the clip on HalestormRocks.com and Noisecreep. The black-and-white setting adds to the simplicity and raw feeling of the production. The song itself is Lzzy Hale breaking down all the stereotypes of love.

"The song is my little stab against the media's portrayal of love," Hale told Noisecreep. "Your heart cannot be measured or judged by the quizzes in magazines and scenes in movies. So for both boys and girls I tell you this, love who and how you want, and for god's sake when love bites, bite back! That bitch can eat her heart out!"

The Strange Case Of... was supposed to be released in 2011 but was pushed back so that the band could continuing recording new material. Lzzy Hale has stated in the past that the songs off the upcoming album are some of the most personal she has written.
